Gong Xi Fa Cai to Godma

Last day of my long wkn liaoz. Early morning hubby open the main door and my frend hang 2 tins of milk powder and an angbao at my door, FAINTZ !!! Luckily the items didnt went missing. PM went over to Melcolm's godma place to "bai nian" then to Shirley's place. Had let Melcolm try on the bamboo chair at Shirley's place and he seems to be enjoying himself in it.

After spending so many days with Melcolm, don feel like going back to work liaoz, having monday blues oledi :(

Day 3 of CNY

So fast 2 days of CNY had passed and am done with all the relatives visiting. Since is Saturday already so decided to freeze some puree for next week for Melcolm. Prepared sweet potato and sweet beans puree for him. I removed the beans from the sweet beans then steam and puree it. The smell is quite turn off to me but hubby say smell like green peas. Why I actually use sweet beans cos I don't want to use the frozen peas to make the puree. I doubt I will make the sweet beans puree again cos is very time consuming. Anyway, hope Melcolm like it in his porridge.

Today also went over to Mei's place for steamboat and thanks for the nice dinner and cny goodies. PS: will rem the "white stomach fish" keke... Stay there until abt 1+am then go home and gota carry Melcolm to sleep a few times there :( All bz with the makan/chit chatting/gambling and 4got to take pics haha.

Day 2 of CNY

Today only need to go my father side of relatives to "bai nian", nothing much and finished at abt 5pm. After visiting, me and hubby don't feel like going home so early so we went Coffee Bean to la kopi and of cos with our darling son Melcolm. Let him sit on the high chair there and play with him, he was so happy, check out the pics and video below :) Reached home abt 8+pm and i finally watched Ratatouille with hubby with Mac supper, was a nice and funi show.

Btw, today is the first time Melcolm tried wearing shoes, he looks like a big boy with his shoes leh..

Happy Lunar New Year Eve

Yeah... finally the eve of Lunar New Year, but I still must work till 4pm lol. Nvm lah, go opic work work, talk talk, time will pass very fast :)

This morning pass a new red romper to MIL and inform her to let Melcolm wear tonight, check out the pics below! Reached opic and there's a box of cake lapis and a jar of homemade cookies on my desk by one of my boss. My boss baked the homemade cookies herself yesterday nite, so touched :) Had lunch at MAC and do a quick window shopping at Suntec with mycolleagues. Went Iora and bought a top, gota wash it immediately wen i reach hm later so 2mr or friday can wear hehe.

Reached home oledi abt 6pm liaoz, quickly change Melcolm's bedsheet and barang. Hubby had also lower down his cot, I hope he don feel weird when he wake up 2mr hehe. Luckily hubby oledi sweep, mop floor, change bedsheet and oso wash his car, mus thanked him for the hardwork :)

After that went MIL place for reunion dinner, this year we're not having steamboat and jus simple dinner. However, everything still taste delicious. Also took alot of pics with Melcolm and most impt of all, finally capture his bottom 2 teeth haha, i'm so happy keke. Left MIL place abt 8+pm and went over my mum's place for reunion dinner too as they are having steamboat. I eat until super duper full, last few days of weight lost all return back with these 2 meals liaoz !

Sunday - Mass Production of Puree

So fast Sunday and tomorrow need to work again :( sad sad sad.... luckily tis wk is a short wk :)

Made puree for Melcolm today.. mass production 1 big batch for the whole wk with more variety of puree cos cny coming mus let him eat full full haha.. got spinach, potato, pumpkin & sweet potato puree keke.. today i oso cook more porridge for him and he actually finished all his 4 soup spoon full of porridge, mus b hungry ah.. added abit of spinach into his porridge and luckily this time round he didnt reject. Will need to puree more spinach for him as the current batch can oni last him till Wednesday.

Hubby oso help to fed Melcolm and he can hold his bottle abit liaoz... hope he quickly master this precious skill then we can rest liaoz.. hehe..

Last wkn before CNY

Today is the last saturday before cny. Don intend to go out today cos wanted to pack up our stuff at home. In the end, didnt really pack alot cos wake up late hehe. When I wake up it was already close to 11am, so shock n didnt knew i slept until so late. Hubby even said he feed Melcolm at 8+am but i didnt know at all !

While packing our stuff at home, hubby assemble Melcolm's high chair and we let him try on it. He enjoyed sitting on his high chair, keep hitting the table haha. I think he will reject his bumbo chair soon. Took a video of Melcolm on his high chair and some pics,

Late afternoon went Compasspoint cos wanted to buy bbq pork, queue for at least 1/2hr to get it, considered fast oledi ! Went Watson to shop oso, bought a "Ez Brush" there, gd to use during this period esp cny coming, hubby can use it to clean his car seat too.

Night time went Hougang Point Sakae Sushi had our dinner as we wanted to go NTUC shop for some grocery. Melcolm had fun there too. He tried their baby chair there, not bad, can sit quite long inside. However, his hands like to touch here n there so the food on the table all placed far far frm him haha.. even menu he oso 1 2 snatch, as if he understands ;) He oso tried some Chawanmushi and gave me a weirdo expression, bite the teaspoon so hard lol. After dinner went NTUC, placed him inside the NTUC trolley and he can sit inside liaoz haha. Too bad no pics cos NTUC really crowded. Next time go NTUC much more easier liaoz, with him inside the trolley hehe..
