Visit to Qian Hu Fish Gallery

Nothing to do on National Day so we went to "Qian Hu". Wanted to go there few mths back but was too lazy so today finally we zoom there although I was super tired. Saw alot of fishes there that I could hardly recall their names. Didnt let Melcolm try the "longkang" fishing as I presume he would be more interested in playing with the water rather than "fishing". In the end, we let him feed the koi fish instead. Thanks hubby for driving so far there.. luckily he didnt ask me to drive back wahaha :p

Visit to Oh's Farm & Butterfly Lodge

We visit "Butterfly Lodge" today. It was an educational trip to let Melcolm learn what is caterpillar & butterfly. Not only him, we as parents do learn alot from this trip too. Thanks to the owner for explaining and showing us around. As the butterfly lodge was inside Oh's Farm, we took this opportunity to tour around the hydroponics vegetable farm and bought some fresh vegetables back for our parents. It was rather interesting to see how the vegetables grow. I bought a caterpillar kit for Melcolm so he can watch the process of caterpillar transforming into butterfly. It was fun and I can't wait for them to turn into the pretty "Leopard Lacewing".

After that, hubby pass by Jalan Kayu for my soya beancurd and darling son soyamilk. Melcolm loves soyamilk like mummy hehe :)

*tu tu mouth* *am really glad that he's using the car seat well, no need to train 1 keke* *beginning stages of fresh vegetables* *daddy showing darling son around* *see, they grow until so big* *Butterfly Lodge* *1 & only pic with cheeky boy* *so many caterpillars pupating* *saw the white dot in the middle below the leave, thats the egg* *butterflies mating* *mating again, they usually mate in the afternoon* *saw the caterpillar?* *our caterpillar kit* *food for caterpillars, note : different breed take different leaves*

*our caterpillars will transform into this butterfly above*

*so many butterflies flying around inside*

Thomas DVD

Once we on the Thomas Train DVD, he will usually behave and "guai guai" listen to his fav. songs. So now whenever we're bz with our stuff, we'll just need to on the DVD for him wahaha.... but we shall consider ourselves lucky that he really is a boy who can self entertain as most of the time we left him alone to play though he will come and disturb us sometimes too :)

One year had passed and we were back to ACJ again today. Still remembered last year when I was here to see Dr Wong for my pap smear, Melcolm still couldn't walk yet but now he's already walking and running around the clinic. Time really flies !

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Went marketing this morning and at the same time to deposit in Melcolm's 2nd bday angbao :) Happy to see his account growing day by day together with him. After that went home to rest and off to watch Harry Potter in the afternoon. This installment of the Half-Blood Prince was not very nice but kind of funny as there's more scenes of teenage relationships. I believe the next installment would definately not disappoint us. Had our dinner at J8, tabao some bread and bao from Crystal Jade and off we went to pick piggy home.

*he actually said "don't want photo" in this video", such bad mood haha*
