Dangerous Stunts

Got a shock when we picked him at night. Look at his swollen lips !! This has to be his most serious fall ! I wonder what "stunts" did he perform. Difficult to watch him 24x7 as he is too active already. Hope his lips recover soon.... heartpain......

Happy 20 Months Old Melson !

At 20 months today, he "destroyed" my specs ! As I do not have any spare specs, I need to rush to the optical shop to get another pair done & contact lens to wear for the next few days until my new pair of specs are ready. What a day !

2011 Zoophonics Year End Concert

A day that we are looking forward to. To see our son perform on stage for that mere 5-10 minutes. To make us take leave for this event that we will not miss. He is much more confident in stage this year. He even point out his classmate mistake on stage during the performance haha. Luckily all went well and we could hear laughter during his performance. Well done Melcolm ! Daddy & Mummy could see the efforts you put in to practise for this performance. Now am waiting for the school concert dvd and photo cd to be out.

Dropped by Ikea today as we got some stuff to buy, not forgetting to have our meals there too. Miss their food always !

On a Saturday night.......

When kor kor was asleep, he started to play with his tracks. He really look like his kor kor from some of the pics below. Now he is in love with trains, cars, basically any vehicles, boys stuff !

It was my 1st attempt but maybe also the last attempt to boil this as is so tedious to wash the water chestnut.

Although this is the 2nd time that we are watching him perform, we are still as excited as ever. He had already performed for us a few times at home but watching him perform on stage with his costume is totally different. I'm sure to be "entertained" by him & his classmates, can't wait ............

Swimming Lesson

After so many weeks for not accompanying Melcolm for his weekly lesson, I'm finally back today. However, there seems to be not much progress from him :( Shall I let him continue or stop?? Thinking thinking........

Melson's 1st Zoo Trip

I had purchased the zoo tickets at Bigdeal last few months and we finally made time to visit the zoo today. It is Melson's 1st zoo trip and our 1st zoo trip with in-laws. Weather wasn't good on that day and it was raining in the afternoon. Luckily the rain became smaller and Melcolm still play in the rain @ Rainforest Kidzworld ! He totally enjoyed it and I guess that was 1 of the highlight of our zoo trip. Hope to go back to the zoo soon !

our simple dinner for today

Lok Lok @ JB

It was supposed to be a night of Lok Lok dinner without the kids. In the end, we still brought along our elder ones. However, with the absence of di di, I really enjoy myself *bad mummy*. I get to experience the whole process, choose the food I want, take the sauce, cook the lok lok in hot pot etc etc... fun fun fun... nice nice nice..... only disappointment is NO LALA !!!! I want to eat LALA..... Overall, it only cost RM100 per family for this meal, cheap !

Lastly, thanks to Yvonne's hubby for leading the way there & back. Also thanks to Daphne's hubby for tom pang us there.... looking forward to our next gathering.... i suppose will be in SG liao.....

Genting Trip - 3rd to 5th Nov 11

We're suppose to head for Bangkok this weekend but due to the serious flood situation in Thailand, we decided to postpone our trip. Feeling rather disappointed that we had no where to go, we decided to go for a short trip to Genting for the boys to play & us to enjoy the cool weather. We only booked the trip 1 week before lo. It is Melson's 1st trip to Genting, not to mention, his 1st time taking coach too. Challenging & tiring to travel with 2 kids I will say. 3 days 2 nights is already enough to make us feel exhausted ! Melson was too active for coach as he can't sit still. Luckily the return coach he slept from 2pm to 6pm but .... on my arms though. He must be damn tired from the rides in Genting. Having said all, we did enjoy ourselves very much in Genting. Great bonding with the kids. Shall we go back again next year??? I'm sure the kids love it !

Steven & Vanna Wedding Dinner

Was invited to my colleague - Vanna's wedding dinner today. Meet up with another colleague to go together. During the dinner, we were happily chatting away, mostly about pregnancy & of cos our darling. That few hours during the dinner was simply too short ! Good catch up with my ex-colleagues and a few hours break for me hehe.

Lastly, best wishes to the couple. Blissful marriage !!
