Typical Teochew Breakfast

Today we had our typical teochew breakfast. I had been craving for the "soon kueh" for so long already cos everytime was sold out when I wanted to buy on friday evening. Therefore, I pre-order from the auntie on thursday evening hehe.

While we are having our breakfast, I let Melcolm watch the nursery songs I downloaded from You-tube. He seems to be enjoying it hehe.

Will Melcolm be Potty Train Soon?

Today MIL comment that Melcolm knows how to express himself when he wants to make "chocolate cake". She then brought him to the toilet and he poo there. At night while we're having dinner, Melcolm say "pass urine", then we brought him to the toilet and he "sh sh" there. It was also the 1st time he reached home without wearing any diaper today. Hope he will be potty train soon :)

Both Mummy & Son Sick

Was on MC today and Melcolm was sick too :( Brought him to see PD with fil in the morn. He has got the bug ie, runny nose, cough and slight fever. Luckily still as active as ever ! Had my lunch there and went back home to rest after that. Hope we recover fast fast hee :)

Meeting Best Secondary Sch Friends

Meet up with my best secondary sch friends at Bishan today. Long time since we last meet up together. Went Olio Dome to chit chat until forgot 2 take pics cos was busy entertaining Melcolm & Janice. After that we proceed to Dawn's place to continue our gossiping session hehehe. Melcolm had so much fun playing with Janice there, bath and eat there too haha. Thanks for the dinner and we only left around 10pm. Enjoyed ourselves and shall meet up again with them soon :) Thanks Lynn for organizing the outing, really glad that we're still in contact after knowing them for like close to 20yrs. Although we seldom meet up, that 20yrs of friendship is forever there... :)

Puzzle & Train

Bought a puzzle and train for my darling, both items having 20+10% off :) However, darling doesnt seem to be interested in puzzle at all !

Great Day w/o 2 D's

Not working today so meet up with Elain (mel's kai-ma) to go Ion walk walk since I've not been there yet. We both didnt bring our 2 "D's" along and enjoyed ourself very much although is just that few hours of makan, chit chatting, window shopping keke. Shall plan more of such program when I'm not working kekeke... some "bo liao" pics taken there heee

Day 11 - Beautiful Butterflies

This morning, one of the caterpillar had transformed into a butterfly. While i'm slowly admiring and observing the beautiful butterfly, the other caterpillar start to come out from the husk. I'm too slow to video the process down. Nevertheless, it was an eye-opener for me, hubby & Melcolm.

At night, we set them free. Goodbye butterflies and I really wish they are able to find some food for themselves, starting to miss them already.........

Day 10 of our Caterpillar

See the difference?? 1/2 of their body had turned black. I assume they were still alive??

Melcolm had been very "chor-lo" towards them, he can take the container and turn here & there. Must really keep a lookout on him when he goes near to the caterpillar.

Saturday

Today we stayed at home most of the time except morning to market and night to Compasspoint. Wanted to stock up on milk powder but unable to use my abott coupon nw as they are having promo, still have stock at hm, shall wait. So we just went to Sakura for dinner and KP to get some stuff.

Was bz searching for drama today as finally check with my bro how to do it. Happy to find so many drama to watch but 1 thing for sure, electricity bills will sure shoot up keke.

Today my bro order something for dinner that I had always wanted to try. Finally had the chance to eat it today hehehe. The bread was nice but curry was so so only. It could be better ! Anyway, thks to my bro for the dinner :)

They are really taking very long to pupate, so many days already and are always in the same position !

On Leave

Took leave to rest at hm today. Me very guai didnt go out today too hehe. Abt late morning, Mel's kai-ma tabao her brunch here and we chat till like 1pm then she went home. Should have jio her to go out today since both our darlings are not at home today, wasted man ! Nevermind, see next week whether can arrange hehe.. Thanks for the biscuits for your godson and the "mei ren yu" for boiling porridge.

PM went down to the clinic to get the medical report for my mum. Last wk brought my mum to see doc as suspected she may hav Diabetics as the color of her foot was dark. Dr suggested to take a package of checkup and blood tests and at the same time to check some other stuff which were suitable for her age. Am very happy that the dr called to say that everything was fine for her and just need to maintain and watch her diet since she's quite old already. Was really worried before that and finally is over.

Advance Celebration for FIL's Birthday at Jumbo !

Today was such a cloudy and rainy day. Nearly wanted to cancel our plan to East Coast for dinner but luckily the sun came out in the late afternoon. We proceed on to Jumbo for our delicious and yummy seafood dinner. MIL and FIL enjoy their dinner there too as it was very windy and we had our dinner for like 2hrs hee. Thanks hubby, so long nv had such nice lobster and crab liaoz :)
