大年初一去拜年 ！祝大家恭喜发财，身体健康 ！

All of us wake up late today except Melcolm. He is always an early bird ! Melson wake up close to 11am ! Prepared and get ready for visiting. This year, since my 3rd auntie was in US, I didnt manage to go visiting at my mum side since all would have left by the time we reached at elder uncle house. We stayed longer at hubby maternal grandpa side. Boring CNY and is just another long weekend to me. I think kids enjoy more since no school and can snack whole day haha.

30th Jan 2014 - Chinese New Year School Celebration

It is a rare chance I get to see both boys in traditional wear for CNY school celebration as I would be working most of the time. Took leave this year so we won't be rushing for reunion at inlaws side and with my mum. Both boys school hours for CNY eve happens to be the same so we drop off Melcolm first follow by Melson. As for going back, we pick Melson then Melcolm.

28th Jan 2014 - CNY Goodies

Our mini CNY goodies corner was up last weekend and someone already aim for his favorite snack ! Told him I will only open all the snacks during CNY and he have to wait haha.

27th Jan 2014 - "Investment"

Finally bought the ergonomic desk and chair for the boys today. Top up another $100 to change to a better chair. After discussing with hubby, we are getting 1 set first since Melson will hardly use. At least the warranty will not be wasted for the 2nd set if we purchase later just in case it goes faulty. The boys will be sharing and hope they don't fight hahaha. Hopefully this will be an "investment" well spent.

26th Jan 2014 - Sunday

Wake up close to 9am and busy morning. Cook lunch and prep food for dinner. Hubby walked with Melcolm to his swimming class and tabao Mac for lunch back. After lunch is homework time for both boys and me the weekly ironing :( Finished my ironing about 3+pm and we get ready to go Marina Sq. Hubby shopping for his CNY clothes. He managed to buy 2 tees and 2 bermudas at Levis. Since is late so we didnt walk around as still need to go back old house to open letter box. Night time Melcolm's godma pop by awhile to pass me the 3 bottles of "qi gu chips" that I ordered from her mum and she also pass me the goodies she bought for us at Taiwan. Both boys were already asleep when she's here. She commented that Melcolm very big size now !!! Short week next week as will be working 3 days only... Looking forward to see both boys in CNY wear for school celebration on Thursday :) I finally get the chance to see them since on leave *happy*.
