31st May 12 - Si Chuan Dou Hua

Very fast, we meet again ! Another dinner outing and this time to a new place - Si Chuan Dou Hua. We had our dinner longer than usual, chatted quite awhile before Uncle Tan sent us home. Quite like this restaurant and will definately be back again. Some of the dishes were really spicy and I totally "surrender". I shall avoid next time !!!

27th May 2012 - Advance Father's Day Lunch

Father's Day was like 3-4weeks away. However, since BIL was here, we decided to have a meal together outside as an advance father's day lunch. We went to 1 of the restaurant at Nexx so that kids can go for waterplay after our lunch. Love the soup @ Paradise Inn, nice !

After we were done with lunch, we head straight to the waterplay. All 3 boys were excited as usual. Everything were alright until my poor Melcolm bumped into some1 and his nose started to bleed and cried big time. It was the 1st time his nose bleed so badly ! I'm worried !!! Luckily his nose stop bleeding after awhile and he was able to carry on playing. There were bruises on his nose and I really hope nothing bad. Hope his nose is ok.

26th May 2012 - PizItalia

I chanced upon this restaurant with play area from a friend blog. After browsing through the website, decided to go with SIL & BIL for dinner since we both have kids and it would be great if adults are having dinner and kids have entertainment.

Upon reaching, the restaurant wasn't very crowded. The restaurant was big indeed with 2 different areas - 1 for seafood and 1 for italian food. We can mix & match our order no matter which area we were seated. We ordered a few dishes, both seafood & italian. Overall, most of the food we ordered were disappointing. Did we order the wrong dish?? Well, we don't know either.

Next, talking about the kids play area. This is another disappointment. Firstly, the place was not well ventilated. Most of the kids were sweating like mad inside. Next, it wasn't really well maintained. Not to mention about the cleaniness. The staff who are stationed there to monitor the kids when they play didnt really border too.

Verdict - I doubt I will be visiting this place again !
