Boss was back today liaoz, meaning end of my "honeymoon" :( After work went library borrow some books for piggy, walk around in mall and got myself a pair of shoes from URS while waiting for hubby keke. After dinner went stock up milk powder as voucher expiring soon, now have 6 + 3 small tins at home keke.. will take awhile for piggy to finish :p

No activities today but only went marketing & grocery shopping nia.. bought live prawns to steam for dinner *yummy*, the prawns can still move & jump when I'm trying to wash them, scared the hell out of me for a while. In the end, hubby washed them keke. Forgot to take pics of dinner cos happily eating hahaha...

Saturday !

Went to Toa Payoh HDB hub to collect our travel documents in the morning. Everything was confirmed including the front row aisle seat and bassinet. So basically, now jus need to pack and wait for the day to come *excited*. After that went to HDB to enquire our mortgage loan as we wanted to pay it off but they say cant do it there must go branch office, will put on hold again until we free pa. Tabao lunch then went back home to rest as frend coming chit chatting.

Be Strong, My Dear Friend !

Went to Dawn's father wake today again and she look so much better as compared to yesterday night :) Reached there abt 10+pm and chatted with frends till about 12+am then went to pick Melcolm home. Thanks hubby for driving me to and fro and mum for taking care of Melcolm until so late.

Sad News :(

Received a shocking news in the morning while on way to work from my secondary school frend that Dawn's daddy had passed away. Was so shock and no mood to work the whole day. Somehow, it made me think of my dad :( Visit her at the wake at night with hubby and both she and her mum were rather sad.. haiz.. there's nothing I can do but I totally understand how they feel. Hope they will be strong !

Didnt go out today as insurance agent coming. Hubby bought the life insurance for Melcolm and I also settle some paper work with my agent. Prepared a simple meal for our whole family, feels good to cook after quite sometime especially after I saw how Melcolm love drinking the soup :)

Trip to Vivo

Went to Vivo today as we wanted to use up our $50 voucher. At the same time, hubby & me shop at G2000 as my 50% off coupon expiring soon. Hubby bought 5 shirts in total while I bought 2 tops and 1 bottom. Total was $266 after 50% off, definately won't buy if there isn't any discount keke. Afterall, still worth it lah.

After G2000, and happen that Melcolm wake up (previously sleeping on hubby's shoulders for like 30mins), we went to Sky Park for waterplay. He had fun ! Tried putting him on grass and he HATES it wahahaha, bad me :p

Happy 20 Months Old !

Happy 20 Months Old to Melcolm !

It was rather difficult to take pics for/with him nowadays ! 4 more months to the terrible 2s, can't imagine a more "nottier" Melcolm hahaha. He's been diligently learning his speech from us as follows wahaha....

- Greetings - know how to say Ah-Gong, Ah-Ma, Mummy, Daddy, Gugu, Po-po, Jiu Jiu, Ah Yi, Kor Kor, Jie Jie, Mei Mei, Pa Pa, Boy Boy, Uncle, Auntie etc.

- Chinese words - "我愛你", "垃圾", "雞蛋", "怕怕", "一二" etc.

- English words - Bye, Car, Trucks, Train, Moon, Dig Dig, Bus, Mole, Papaya, Banana, Apple, Prata, Curry, Birds, Boat, Magnet, Aircon, Milk, Ten, Mole, Potty, Bus-stop etc etc...

Too many words to list down. He learnt really fast now.

Home Sweet Home Day

Chia family wanted to go Vivo today but it was raining heavily in the afternoon. Therefore it was home sweet home day for us and we went to NTUC for grocery shopping and after that "masam malam". I prepared fried rice for Melcolm today, want to try out something new. He keep saying 我愛你 today. So happy to hear him say that to us !
