Meetup with the agent today to sign all the documents for engaging him. Yes, we have decided to go with which agent and also too lazy to go find others and listen again and again. Hope he can serve us well and of cos will help "spread" his name across if he does a good job, shall see. Need to slowly pack next few days and over the weekends as house need to be neat and tidy to "welcome" the valuer from HDB to give us a higher valuation haha. Shall stop here... nite nite..... bz days ahead........
