1st May 2015 - Labour Day

Dinner meet up with Amy and family at Punggol Settlement for their White Beehoon. Finally get to try it and is true that the crowd starting queuing as early as 4+pm. Restaurant opens at 5.30pm though. Having tried the white beehoon at the original Sembawang branch, this is less tasty if I make a comparison. The prawn paste chicken was overcook and hard. Luckily meat roll is nice ! Punggol Settlement is a nice chill out place. Everywhere gets crowded during dinner time. We had coffee, kids ice cream cum waffles and chit chatted awhile before we left the busy place.
