My Long Wkn Had Arrived

Wednesday and is last working day of the week for me cos 2mr is Labour Day and took leave on Friday. Yeah, long wkn but have lots of tings to clear lol.

After work went in search of Melcolm's pasta. Went to Market Place & NTUC to check last few days but is either no stock or they don sell. Today went Kovan Cold Storage to try my luck and finally found it. Bought 2 packs of pasta and a sweet potato snack for him to try too. After that went NTUC to buy silver fish and luckily still have. Will let him try tomorrow with either porridge or pasta.


Night time I made some mango puree to store. Is the mango season now and they are all so sweet. Mayb will mix the yogurt and mango for him to try cos bought 4 more packs of Baby Yopliat 2 days ago. Abt past mid-night, i went into Melcolm's rm to check on him and was so shock to see his sleeping position. How can my dear son still sleep so soundly like tat !!! Dono 1 2 laugh or wat, faintz....

Is Sunday & am waiting for my long wkn 2 com cos working the next 3 days nia, yuppie :) Been very bz at work lately, argh......

Today let Melcolm play his Leapfrog Discovery Ball. He kept spinning & spinning haha.

Will be starting him with cauliflower & minced pork this week. That's all, pics & videos time...

26th Apr 08 - Saturday

Saturday morn raise & shine. Wake up around 9+am, quickly bath & feed Melcolm as need to go Sengkang post office to collect his items. Hubby drove us there & wait for us in car. While queuing to collect his stuff, Melcolm touch & pull the lady's hair in front of us, faintz. After that we head to Rivervale Plaza to do marketing & had lunch then rush home cos going out later.

Around 4pm, left house & drop Melcolm at my mum place. Didnt bring Melcolm out cos hubby & me going Bishan to catch "The Forbidden Kingdom" hehe. It was a nice & entertaining show, veri funi. Show finished abt 6+pm & we went to tabao dinner.

Reached my mum place around 8pm, had dinner & left around 9pm as I had arranged with Daphne (one of the August thread mummy) to collect the Leapfrog Discovery Ball I bought for Melcolm. It was abt 9+pm when we reached her place & Carene was asleep. Didnt had a chance to take pics with her. However, Melcolm try on Carene's "expensive" toys - "Bright Starts" & "Rainforest Jumperoo". He seems to prefer "Bright Starts" more. Thanks Daphne for helping me collect the ball & letting Melcolm try on the toys :)

Left her place around 10+pm & reach hm around 11pm. Melcolm concast immediately after his milk. A tiring day for him !

Hubby Finally Back :)

Today hubby is back, yeah, finally :)

Reach opic earlier than usual cos today big boss from Japan coming. He bought us a small souvenir and buy us lunch at Raku-Zen again. We are really regular customers now, so far been there 4 times since i joined :)

Nite time reached home and Melcolm was still sleeping. Managed to took some pics of him bathing after he wakes up. Seems like the bath tub is too small for him already. Hubby had helped me bought the YSL powder frm DFS, thks :) Had dinner and sent my mum back home.

Friday to Sunday without hubby :(

Friday after work went Compasspt walk walk b4 going home as wanted to buy shoes. In the end, bought 2 pairs, 1 at Metro and 1 @ Charles & Keith, hope my new shoes wont bite me ;) Hubby wont b coming back tis wkn le, so sians.. luckily hav Melcolm and my mum to accompany me lol.

Saturday the part time maid came, wanted her to clean up the house b4 hubby return hee and I also went marketing alone in the morning. As usual, bought cod-fish & chicken drumstick for Melcolm. No program today so just stay home and play with Melcolm and to finish up some of my stuff. Nite time after dinner bring Melcolm to Compasspt walk walk, didnt buy anything and jus coffee from starbucks cos craving for it.

Sunday PM drove my mum and Melcolm back home cos is the 15th of the lunar mth and mum needs to pray. I had not drove for at least 3-4mths and luckily all went well except took awhile to park keke ;) Hang some soft toys inside the car for Melcolm and hope hubby don b shock wen he see his car after he returns 2mr keke. Oh ya, today I tried the new "Dura" bib, thumbs up, easy to use and clean. However, Melcolm seems more interested in his new bib than his food lol, curious boy ! He will touch and scratch his bib, if food drop onto the bib, he will quickly go touch the food, faintz ! He has got veri veri "busy" fingers. That's all for the wkns and hubby back 2mr le, yeah :)

Happy 9 Months Old to Melcolm

Time flies, I'm a mummy for 9mths already. Have not book chalet to celebrate Melcolm's 1st Bday yet, will be celebrating at home to save all the trouble. Intend to bring Melcolm to Sentosa on his bday. I had booked a night's stay at Siloso Beach Resort on his bday. Hope hubby can take leave when the date is nearer if not will just cancel the booking.

Received the littletouch book that 1 of the forum mummy help mi to buy and the combi sandals (super big), had ordered the casual shoes too but no stock, nvm, shall wait for his adidas shoe to com hehe..

15th Apr 08 - Tuesday

Home alone with Melcolm starting from Tues as hubby will be going to BKK to work till Saturday if no delay in returning. My mum is here with me so should say Melcolm home alone with 2 women hehe... hope hubby can return on Saturday.. we will miss u *grins* and our presents :p Gona find 1 wkn to go watch "The Forbidden Kingdom" when hubby back....

13th Apr 08 - Sunday

Today I want to start introducing chopped food to Melcolm. I will have chopped spinach & button mushroom added into his porridge, hope he is ok with the texture. Morning wen feeding him, saw 2 more white spots on his upper gums, his tooth com out quite fast sia, like 1 after another.. now total have 4 teeth, 2 more should be on the way liaoz..


PM feed him the porridge and he is fine with it. He finished 1.5 bowls of porridge, yeah :)

Evening time brought him to Punggol Marina for swimming again. Forgot to use the sunblock, saw the pool immediately go down, too excited haha. Luckily today no sun. Today was good cos nobody swimming in the pool except me and Melcolm, whole pool for us. Reached home abt 7+ and after his milk he concast to his lala land oledi.. tiring day for him.

12th Apr 08 - Saturday

Is wkns again. Hubby going to bkk next wk so need to do some marketing today. Morning hubby drive us to Rivervale Plaza for bf and marketing. Tried the Mac gridles bf and not bad, Melcolm had some share on the burger too hehe, taste like hotcakes. After that hubby and Melcolm wait for me at Mac while I go buy some stuff. Saw home wear clothes selling at 5 for $10 so bought a few big sizes 1 for Melcolm.

Reached home oledi noon and spent the whole pm made puree for him. Had carrot, potato, pear puree, cod fish, minced chicken, sweetcorn, spinach, fresh button mushroom for his meals next wk, sounds alot man. He also had HT Oatmeal cereal with rockmelon puree for lunch today. Quite a good start as I mixed 8 soupspoon of cereal with the puree and he's able to finish everything.

Night time went to J8 Crystal Jade for dinner. Melcolm tried the "pi dan shou rou" porridge w/o the "liao" and he love it. Hopefully he don reject the porridge we cook after that. Next went ntuc and coffeebean la kopi. Melcolm not veri cooperative at coffeebean so i gota tabao my kopi back to drink :( Reached home oledi abt 11pm liaoz..
