Water Retention at Wk17+

I started to have slight water retention towards the end of the day, real early !!!

Emailed to my gynae and see her reply below........

Hi, yes, it's a little early for water retention. You should try drinking more water, and reduce salt intake. Don't stand or sit in the same position too long - constant motion improves blood circulation. no worries, occasionally, we have patients who get retention early also - no "harm", just legs not so "nice-looking"!

The last sentence above indicates I will have ELEPHANT leg soon :(
