12th Dec 2013 - Reno started !

Our 2nd Nest officially started renovation today *excited*. We are going through what we have experienced 7yrs ago. Morning was watsapping our ID in the group chat and told her we "welcome" any pics if she's at our jobsite. She really send us the pics in the afternoon. Minor hacking for today and 2mr will be major ones. We went over at night to "spot check". Most of the carpentry work had been hacked and I guess 2mr will be hacking of tiles and the 2 toilets. Before we left, opened letterbox and lots of letters but all belonged to the ex-owner haha. We will be back tmr to discuss with electrician on electrical points. Looking forward :)
