Today I went to pick Melcolm from his class, met Teacher Janet and she commented something....
"Melcolm is fantastic with his Mandarin, he can recite the "Tang Shi" he learnt in class."
After hearing that comment, of cos I'm a super duper happy mummy but that doesnt mean much lah cos all kids learn differently. I'm just glad that he did learnt something in school. Next the teacher continue....
"He can regonise numbers but still don't know how to count yet. You (meaning parents) may want to practise counting with him at home so that he will understand every number have a "meaning".
Hmmmm..... how can I practise that with him.. thinking thinking......
