28th Apr 2013 - Sunday

Woke up to a cloudy Sunday morning. While hubby was preparing himself to bring Melcolm for his usual swimming lesson every Sunday, I received an sms from Melcolm's coach that his lesson will be cancel due to bad weather and pool was closed till 10.30am. Luckily hubby have not left the house if not it would be a wasted trip. I guess the happiest person is Melcolm. It started to rain shortly. Begin to prepare lunch cum dinner (fry beehoon) in the morning as I will be glue to the TV from 5.30pm onwards :) In the afternoon, went to do some marketing at NTUC and also to Mac to get Happy Meal for the kids. Next week will be the last week of collection *finally*. Reach home and watched Star Awards Part 2 till 11pm then bath and continue my drama till close to 1am ! Catching up on channel 8 old drama (Unriddle 2) that I had missed out last time. Nice & exciting show :)

27th Apr 2013 - Thomas & Friends: Blue Mountain Mystery

Today we are bringing the boys out for a show. It will be Melson's 2nd movie. His 1st movie was Thomas too heee. I had arranged with Amy & her gal to watch the show together since her gal like Thomas too. A few days before the show, I kept telling Melson that we are going to the cinema knowing that he will sure to be afraid. However, when he reached the cinema in darkness, he turned into a "koala bear" immediately clinging onto his daddy wahaha... Luckily he was alright after the show start though he gets abit restless towards the end of the show. To conclude, he wont be able to sit through a movie if is more than an hour.

For Melcolm, he enjoys the show very much. He did not even border to talk to me during the show and was really focus watching the show :)

After the movie, we had lunch at the foodcourt and continue walking around Orchard after Amy and her gal left. We went to Paragon for cheesecake, follow by playground time & lastly to Toy'rus to spend my $10 voucher. Left Orchard just in time before the heavy downpour.

25th Apr 2013 - Sick

I start to fall sick on Tuesday afternoon :( Seen doctor on Tuesday night and was given MC the next day to rest at home. Went back to the doctor on Thursday morning as my nose is still like "tap water". The doctor then gave me MC till Friday to rest. Feeling much better in the late afternoon, I decided to go back work tomorrow as not so nice to be absent from work for too many days. I also boil barley water for all in the afternoon :) Hope I can recover by Saturday as bringing the kids out for movie.

21st Apr 2013 - Sunday

Since Melcolm is still recovering from his cough & block nose, he "pong ten" for his swimming class today and we brought them to Mac breakfast :) Why Mac?? All due to the happy meal toy aka "Hot Wheels" !! This is the 2nd week already and 2 more weeks to go to complete the collection zzzzz.... I think after that I will be so sick of Mac ! The boys are happy with their new toy :)

After Mac, reach home and I prepare simple dinner - Fried Rice. I finish my cooking at around 1+pm, early isn't it :p cos we are going out later and I want to watch Star Awards Part 1 at 7pm later. At least I don't have to rush later :)

 Mid afternoon we went to hubby's friend baby shower. It was very crowded so no pics taken there. After we left, we took some pics nearby and head back home. I had "booked" the TV from 7pm to 10pm hehehe ;p

20th Apr 2013 - Fever fever go away....

Melcolm's fever had been around for a few days. Same for today, luckily is not those high fever type and panadol does help to control his fever. Decided to stay home today and hope his fever will go away soon. No swimming for him tomorrow as well since he's also recovering from cough & block nose. Hope he will be well to go out tomorrow....

19th Apr 2013 - Teething pains !

More and more adult teeth are sprouting out and Melcolm said that his milk teeth is "shaky" again.. I guess baby teeth number 2 is going to drop soon ! He is also complaining that his gums are painful. I checked on his gums and notice that his molars are coming out ! No wonder his fever keep "yo yo" high & low, maybe it is due to teething? Hope the pain will go away soon if not I will have a grumpy boy next few days....

15th Apr 2013 - Super Cheap !

Hubby's colleague had returned from France together with my capsules :) The capsules are really very cheap there starting from euro 35 cents each ! I'm gonna asked whoever going to Europe to help me bring back more capsules after we finished the below 100 capsules.......

A rainy and cooling day. I cooked lunch today as well. Don't know what to had for lunch so I cook yong tau foo thick beehoon soup and end up a big pot but luckily managed to finish all after dinner :p Showed the boys what I cook with the yong tau foo thick beehoon soup and they can regonise Angry Birds immediately.... 1st time I bought this from wet market and I think will be my last time too. I don't really like and still prefer normal fishball or fishcake.

*hubby said the steam chicken drumstick is nice today :)*
