3rd Sep 2013 - 1st night viewing

After viewing 4 units today with hubby, we both conclude that we still prefer day viewing. However, due to time constraint, it is better for us to also view during weekdays just in case we are unable to find a unit on time. The first unit that we went to was awesome. Nice design and furnishing, very well maintained and is really move in condition. If we don't mind, can actually re-use from current design. Of cos all comes with a price ! Valuation at $630k and we are quite sure they will ask for high COV haha. Guess we can forget about that unit ! The rest of the 3 units didn't really leave a strong impression on us that can attract us back for 2nd viewing. More units for viewing to come !!!
