15th Nov 2013 - 1st Selling Appointment & Tim Ho Wan

Took 1/2 day leave today as our 1st selling appointment at 1.30pm. All ends quite fast and we proceed to make payment for lawyer fees to HDB and also to PUB for new application of our 2nd house. The only slight problem that we have was need to redo the valuation again. The agent will settle this for us as there are some mis-communications between both agents. Went Tim Ho Wan after HDB appointment since there's no queue :)
