Finally a Proud Owner

We went to HDB branch office to repay all our house loan today. Finally we are the proud owner of a 4room HDB flat :) Had paid an extra $100+ for HDB to safe keep all the documents for the house. Now just hope that the value of our house will increase n increase n increase hahaha.. Need to stay for another 2 years before we decide whether we will upgrade to a bigger flat hehe..
After that we went mall to order a small thomas cake for piggy actual birthday this friday and to the library to borrow books for him again :)
